The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly-driven visionary to set the bar high for our data-driven marketing strategies. The Marketing Director works to continuously improve the competitive position of the firm by developing, coordinating, participating in, and providing oversight of the data driven marketing strategies of the firm, including community relations and events, that align with our vision, mission, and core values. This is an ideal position for a strategic, self-starter with specific expertise in developing and implementing high-level and successful marketing strategies, who would like to join our growing and high performing team. As a vital part of our Leadership Team, you will support our firm wide success by maximizing performance of all marketing efforts, including brand awareness. This role requires exceptional listening and communication skills to bring the firm's vision to life. A successful candidate for this role will be a strong leader and marketing professional who is dedicated to ensuring flawless execution of our marketing vision and strategies.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Accountable to impact new net sales efforts
- Harness your creativity and initiative by designing and implementing short-term and long-term marketing plans and campaigns
- Collaborate with leadership to develop growth plans for the firm with client needs in mind enhancing business profit
- Offer data-driven solutions by planning and executing marketing budget with goals of increasing total leads and signed leads, minimizing cost per signed lead, and maximizing ROI
- Let the numbers speak for themselves by reporting detailed data on marketing efforts, cost per acquisition, and ROI
- Develop, oversee, and execute a cohesive firm brand across all media and platforms
- Nurture the marketing team members encouraging their success and development
- Accountable to drive positive perception
- Monitor marketing efforts of local competitors and nationwide firms, maintaining knowledge of emerging products and services
- Research non-legal marketing efforts that could translate over and be used by our firm
- Analyze existing client data to identify target audience
- Maximize networking and professional opportunities to stay up to date on the latest marketing trends
- Development of core promotional materials for the firm and ensuring appropriate branding updates as needed
- Accountable to increase brand awareness
- Motivate, mentor, and develop Marketing staff
- Manage brand and search engine listings across the Web, including driving positive Google reviews
- Create and execute an unparalleled social media plan each year across major platforms capturing our client-focused solutions and firm culture
- Take our branding to new heights with your prolific vision
- Support our locals through community involvement by serving as the gatekeeper to all sponsorships, donation, and volunteer requests and acting as the community liaison to the local communities in which we serve
- Inspire our team and our community to Play Hard with us through incredible event planning and execution
Job requirements
Skills Needed to Win:
Have Valuable Insight: Exceptional knowledge and thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices

Preferred Education & Experience:
Experience with tools to interpret marketing data, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.
Strong excel skills
Proficient in data analysis management
Experience managing marketing budgets efficiently
Experience with paid digital advertising, such as Google LSA and Google Paid Ads
5 years+ strategic marketing experience
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field
Well-versed in using SEO and social media strategies to attract clients
Proven leadership track record
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
